We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over €70

Any orders which is under €70 ,a €6 charge will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging.

International delivery is not available*

We use GLS for all our website orders.
They require signed delivery for all orders ensuring you order is fully tracable and safe.

We hope to process your order and have it delivered to you within 5 working days*
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays/public holidays or weekends.
Any order placed over the weekend will be considered as being placed the following working day.

*However, if stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed

Please ensure your delivery address is correct!
If the shipping address entered for an order is incomplete or inaccurate please let us known as soon as possible.
If the item has not shipped yet we can change the delivery address.

*We ship exclusively within Ireland at the moment, if you are interested in any product and are base outside of Ireland please do contact us for purchase and shipping details.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrivai via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee a second delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the deliveryaddress at the specified date to sign the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.

If you wish to order products outside of Ireland, eg Northern Ireland, UK and the rest of the world please contact us regarding delivery options and associated costs.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with the contents of your order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Babyland purchase return us within 29 days. We are happy to refund or exchange any product within 29 days of receiving the purchase, as long as it returned in its original state, unused and in orginal packaging. Proof of purchase is required. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this is comes with the delivery of your goods).
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommended that you use a record delivery service.
Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale, you will then receive a full refund.

All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to Babyland within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period.
If goods will be damage in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choise of a replacement or refund at no extra cost. In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, it would be helpful if you could write "Box damaged" or similar on the delivery record when signing.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
After you have received the email please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non refundable.
If product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.

FAULTY GOODS

The produst sold via this website have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and the relevant safety standards within the EU. All products are covered by a manufacturer`s warranty (Check warranty)for defects in manufacturing or material. If a product you have purchased has a fault and is covered by this warranty we will repair or replace the item for you and cover the carriage costs. However, if fault has occurred through misuse, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear then all carriage and repair costs will be born by you. Wevalue your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Warranty – failure within guarantee period

Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted. Where goods fail during the guarantee period, we will, on inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired). If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we cannot be held responsible.

Warranty – Important information for overseas customers

All products are sold with a warranty. Should any item fail within its warranty period, we will Endeavour to find an authorized service agent in your country. If this cannot be done, and the item must be returned to us for repair or refund, the customer must meet the cost of delivery to us and also return carriage where applicable. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
